Social Media Competition: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter 
The promoter is Hammer Films Holdings Limited (“Hammer Films”).
2. Eligibility 
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Hammer Films, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter. Maximum one entry per person.
3. How to Enter 
Entry details and instructions are provided on the Hammer Films official Instagram account. No purchase is necessary.
4. Competition Period 
The competition opens on Monday 30th March 2026 and entries must be received by 23:59 (GMT) on Friday 10th April 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.
5. Prize 
Two (2) winners will each receive the following: 
  • (1) Test pressing of The Curse of Frankenstein Limited Edition Vinyl EP Soundtrack with certificate of authenticity.
  • (1) Copy of The Curse of Frankenstein Limited Edition Vinyl EP Soundtrack
6. Winner Selection & Notification 
Two winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and contacted via DM by Wednesday 15th April 2026. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Hammer Films reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity 
Hammer Films may use winners’ names and social media handles for the sole purpose of announcing the winners and administering the prize. No additional personal information will be published without the winners’ prior consent.
8. Non-Transferable & No Cash Alternative 
The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered. Hammer Films reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
9. Technical Issues 
Hammer Films accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or not received due to technical, network, or system errors. 
10. Data Protection 
Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with Hammer Films’ Privacy Policy.
11. General 
Hammer Films reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
12. Governing Law 
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
