Shipping is FREE on UK orders over £60
Shipping is FREE on European orders over £80
Shipping is FREE on orders to the rest of the world over £90

For orders under the amounts a tiered shipping, packaging and handling fee applies by weight from £5 upwards.

This fee is dependent on the item(s) in your order and the delivery destination. The fee is automatically calculated based on these, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made, as well as an estimated time for delivery.

All of our items are packed by our team at our UK-based warehouse, and if you order before 12pm and your item is in stock, we will endeavour to pack and ship on the same day. We will do our best to meet the delivery estimates, but please be aware this is not always possible. 

Please note that if you order an item that is in stock along with a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is in stock. Please order pre-order items seperately.

Duties & Taxes for International Orders

All applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes are now automatically calculated at checkout and paid in full at the time of purchase. This is calculated based on the delivery location. This ensures complete transparency, giving you full visibility of the total cost upfront—so there are no unexpected charges or surprises upon delivery.
