Mikael Hafstrom to direct WAKE for Hammer

It was announced today that Mikael Håfström (The Rite, 1408) will direct Wake for Hammer. The screenplay is by Christopher Borrelli (The Vatican Tapes) and Matt Sand (Deepwater Horizon). Hammer will produce alongside Circle of Confusion, H2F and Slingshot. Exclusive Films International, Exclusive Media Group's sales and marketing arm, will handle worldwide sales.

3% of all men are considered sociopaths, lacking concern for the well being of others or for the consequences of their actions. 1% of all men are born without the emotional capability to experience fear. A very small percentage of the male population will statistically therefore be made up of sociopaths without fear. Wake tells the story of one such man – a modern day Jekyll & Hyde who knows no bounds.
