LET ME IN wins Best Horror Picture at the Saturn Awards

Hammer's Let Me In has picked up the prize for Best Horror Film at the 37th Annual Saturn Awards held on 23 June.

The Saturn Awards are the official awards of The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films, a non-profit organisation founded in 1972 to honour the best entertainment in the genre.

Let Me In received seven nominations (just behind Christopher Nolan's Inception with nine), winning two. Let Me In was named Best Horror/Thriller film, beating The American, Black Swan, Kick-Ass, Shutter Island and The Wolfman; director Matt Reeves was on hand to collect the award. Chloë Moretz also picked up an award for Best Performance by a Younger Actor for her performance in the film, winning ahead of co-star Kodi Smit McPhee.

Our congratulations to Matt and Chloë.
