LET ME IN steps into the light

LET ME IN steps into the light

Hammer's forthcoming Let Me In has been the hot topic of discussion this month...

Hammer's President & CEO Simon Oakes gave an in-depth interview to genre website FEARnet in which he discusses Hammer's new films Let Me In and The Resident at length, as well as the company's plans for the future. You can read the interview here.

Meanwhile the director of Let Me In, Matt Reeves, took part in a special panel discussion at the SXSW Festival in the US. The 'Directing the Dead' panel also included filmmakers Neil Marshall (The Descent), Robert Rodriguez (Planet Terror), Ti West (The House Of The Devil) and Ruben Fleischer (Zombieland). Reeves discussed the process of making Let Me In and revealed that he consulted director Steven Spielberg (Close Encounters Of The Third Kind, Poltergeist) about how to work with children. A report on the panel and a video of Reeve's session is available here.
