Sony releases rare Hammer Adventure titles
Icons of Adventure region 1 dvd box set from
Sony Pictures Home Entertainment have released a 2-disc collection featuring four rare Hammer adventure films from the Columbia catalogue.
The Icons of Adventure collection sees the first dvd release anywhere of
(previously available in the UK).
Each film is presented in its original aspect ratio, digitally remastered and includes a commentary moderated by co-author of
, Marcus Hearn. Other contributors to the commentaries include writers Jimmy Sangster and David Z Goodman, editor Chris Barnes and art director Don Mingaye.
Icons of Adventure has an SRP of $24.96, and is Region 1 encoded, NTSC.
