One of best 'ghostly' soundtracks ever written. I ordered it in conjunction with the release of the movie DVD. Truly a touch of genius going on here, even without the images of the film, the soundtrack fits the mood and tone of the book.
Unquestionably Hammer, excellent adaptation. Audiences have been away from Gothic excellence in film making for too long. There are those of us who recognize the Hammer signature pulls and close-ups and suspense building music. Welcome back!
